Kawaikini's educators equip students with the tools necessary for a prosperous future.

Teachers implement Kawaikini's mission and educational program in a safe, peaceful, stimulating and aesthetically pleasing classroom environment. Team teaching is utilized in a multi-grade classroom environment to provide students with good models of proficient spoken Hawaiian, as students are able to hear complete conversations among fluent Hawaiian speakers rather than between teacher/student or student/student. This also creates built-in support and accountability for the staff.
